DC Ranch

Originally operated as a working cattle ranch throughout much of the 20th century, DC Ranch remained true to its ranching roots until the 1990s, when it evolved into one of Scottsdale’s premier private golf and country club communities.

Designed by renowned golf course architects Tom Lehman and John Fought, the championship course meanders through the surrounding community before climbing into the scenic foothills of the McDowell Mountains. At its highest elevation, golfers are rewarded with sweeping panoramic views overlooking the entire course and the surrounding Sonoran Desert landscape.

DC Ranch offers an equity membership structure, providing members with a market-based membership model that allows for greater flexibility and eliminates the multi-year waiting lists commonly found at many private clubs.
